1. What material is my blanket made from?

The blankets are all made with Tamm Yarn.  Our Tamm Yarn is 100% Acrylic, 3 ply, dye lotted and moth proof.

2. What is the benefit of the yarn being dye lotted?

Since our yarn is dye lotted, this means that if you order 2 or more of your favorite color blankets, the color will be exactly the same.  This is especially helpful when you are trying to match the blanket with a matching gift or clothing.

3. Do you offer international shipment of your blankets?

We currently do not offer international shipment of our blankets.

4. How do I care for my new Gabrielle's Fleece?

Hand washing is recommended for the best results. However,you may use your machine's delicate cycle to wash and dry your Gabrielle's Fleece blanket.  

5. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If there is a problem with your order, or you wish to return a gift set you must contact us for an authorization to return by e-mailing us at info@gabriellesfleece.com, by telephone (315-686-3268), or by mail.

Be sure to pack all the components of the gift set in its original packaging along with a copy of your sales receipt or invoice.  We must receive the package within 14 days from the date of receipt.  All sales are final after 14 days.  Return shipping charges are your responsibility, so we encourage you to insure the package.
